Dyeing Unit

Stitching

For Stitching of Garments we have over lock and power operator machines. We use only imported branded machine from sirupa (Japan), Singer, Brother (Japan), Our total Production Capacity is 3,000 pcs per day.

Garmenting

The garments are manufactured in most sophisticated machines using the latest state of the art technology in our INHOUSED PRODUCTION UNIT. Our wide range of machineries include JUKI, BROTHER, PEGASUS. Our Production is the key for success which keeps us growing in this competitive industry. Our production unit is supported by 100 sewing machines.

Embroidery

Placement Embroidery, overall Embroidery or any other type of Embroidery can be possible and then In house Embroidery facility with 25 heads and a Production capacity of 600 stitiches per minute per head.

Printing

Our vast range of printing includes Pigment, Wet & dry discharge, , High density, Foil, Rubber, Sequins, Glitter, Reactive, Photo, Foam, Puff, Non PVC, Plastisol, Gel, Spray print. We pride over the ability to effectively translate vibrant patterns and diverse colour schemes across an array of garments.

Checking

Garment checking is not a new term or task in the manufacturing of garment. The term garment checking is a very common task in the garment manufacturing industry.We use Garments checking in each and every process so that we can reduce all the problems before it makes a big problem or issue. Before packaging of garments must be check out. It is so much important before buying whatever the garment is made by exporter or other foreign countries.

Iron & Packing

Ironing is the Final phase of production of the garment, which has been doing with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming. After pressing the garment goes for final packing.They are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch.
